hello 2013! its finally the new year~ thought of leaving this blog to die but i didn't :D starting this year with Legend of 2pm's first stop at fukuoka, i already cannot wait for their album and not to say DVD!!!!!!! *spazzing* i'm finally taking a step further to pastry line, got accepted to sunrice diploma for pastry baking.. DREAM COME TRUE T_____T wanted it after since a F&N lesson since secondary school days , OHYEAH~ starting school in feb and i hope things work smoothly for me, meeting new and nice friends at school >< hope 2013 turns out to be a better year in the fandom, the 2nd half of 2012 isn't our year at all.. 2013 starting japan tour with a bang! and boy, jhottest love the boys T_T *i love you girls too♥* DSCS 2PM ^___^V my new year resolutions for 2013! *^^* 1. Enter sunrice with a fresh heart for this industry - i really have to study hard this time round, balancing fandom, friends and studies equally. hope to meet new and nice people inside sunrice whom i can trust, be friends with and maybe, some 2pm fans? XD ohhoho~ may not know! 2. get a job before internship starts while studying in sunrice - this seems impossible since i can only earn a little. can only work on sundays since sunrice staffs said 'm studying 6 days? :o work as much as i can, but still sticking to the fandom T_T everything will be better after internship.. tired only.. 3. stop being over-sensitive - people around me are just simply 2pm fans, and my secondary school 4NA classmates. sometimes these people can be busy with their lives and can't get back to me, that feeling is still there.. as though this person forgot about me, even to not liking me anymore. noone stays in my life, its just me who have to move on. secondary school days we worry about friendship problems, i didn't have much time on them because of band.. now? people getting in relationships, attitude changes and merely just wanting me to get lost. i gain and lose nothing to those people who wants that way, well :/ 4. save till 3k by 2013 christmas - finance is another problem to me. i've been visiting the atm more than the toilet D: partially because of pm's releases, and others? me lazy or late and cabbing to work.. -.- changed now though >< spending it more on food and gaining .. weight XD i won't be spending as much as working days after entering sunrice ~ which is good? :D fandom has it own savings, i have my own savings.. great, suck my wallet dry jype ._. 5. socialise with people more and make new friends - no matter if its fandom or personal life at work, its the same. i tend to stick with the same people and idek whether they're sick of me XD. i need to interact with people more! just because of those people i met at ITE my confidence dropped alot. i regretted meeting them, really. noone appreciates me in ite. well, i don't give a damm. Taking me for granted and playing jokes, what's new? i don't really wish to meet those people ever again, except for those who i talked to at the end of year period.. i have simply nothing to say about these people. 6. stop being LAZY - the simplest thing ever, laziness. Where did my sense of emergency went even though all i had was work in 2012? the first job in 2012 was simply sucking the company's money, the 2nd one i threw in my everything but mistakes are still there. *perfectionist, its always lives in me* i need to have more initiative more than anything else to get this laziness off me for good :( taking initiative in everything that i do makes me move about, rather than just sitting there = laziness , to me . 7. my attitude - i know i may not seem that sucky like other attitude problem people, but changing for the better is something good no ? :D having the right attitude at everything does reflect on my well-being, fandom, work or studies~ stopped using vulgarites at people unneseccarily and reason out with them. good change! :D but i have change the way i speak or even type, it does seem bitchy at times -^- i also want to be more matured, since its soon to step in the society when i'm not even 20.. and i cannot bear to show attitude at work. basically NO. hehe! 8. my weigh - i've started to eat chinese medicine to get my body working better, work and laziness is really stopping me from that and i realised it after work that i have to eat >< times are busy especially christmas days when i can't even breathe properly.. once tcm say i'm perfectly fine inside, i'll start to change on the outside (Y) be a prettier me *shy* 9. FANDOM - still the same since the day i joined to serve the fandom, be a matured, respectful, humble senior ht at facts and serving forum members better than 2012 for the boys ♥ they're literally part of my daily routine already. checking for their whereabouts and forums every day without fail ~ like any other years, supporting the boys as hard as i can! 4th year in fandom already , i cannot be as stubborn as the 2nd year >< hal-su isseo~ ^0^ DSCS 2PM+HT ♥ 10. friends - why i post them for the last? people who companied me through the young days~ i want to stay close in touch with them, especially that silly sotong tansi and the others! i guess, besides the fandom and them there's noone else i can turn to T_T remember, i'll be always here.. going nowhere :D 4:16AMSGT, 14th january 2013! shall sleep~ i guess i'll pass-by here when there's time :D call me friend or not, after hearing tansi studies at shatec diploma for hotel management, i had no idea why i'm already picturing the both of us working at the same hotel >< really, i had no idea why! can even picture the both of us attending to VIP.. Its been long.. its been so long since i blogged ~ LOL how have i been doing? well.. fine :/ i'm not studying anymore this year, i'm going in sunrise to study pastry baking next year. you can say this is my final post before i'm leaving the blogging world and letting this to rot. and idk if there is any hottest seeing this, STAY STRONG LADIES. WE CAN DO THIS. jan - march i've been working part time at a dessert store in RWS, i don't want to say further since they left me unneeded memories and pissed off my 3 months. march - now i've been working full time under this company, the cake factory. i should say, i'm thankful for the person that introduced this job to me. i learn new things, a mentor guiding me . i'm really thankful for my lady boss and other senior staffs who are patient enough to teach me the basics of pastry and baking though i have totally no experience at all. 4 months already, i've been learning alot and its REALLY ALOT. From handling daily orders *its a production kitchen, regent's 2nd kitchen LOL* . Days when mentor isn't around, i can handle alone now. but sometimes they can really make me busy and can't even go toilet . HAHA! And my mentor, he's really nice ! easy and patient with me. i've been asking alot of questions nowadays and i hope i didn't irritate him XD i'm really like my mentor's secetary, anything the other staff ask my mentor, i can answer before he does. (Y) the staffs there are pretty nice! expect for the driver which can really piss me off. [boss and lady boss] boss is from chinese kitchen, he don't really talk about his background but alot on his family XD a cute one~ lady boss's background isn't a joke. she studied in france, shatec's first few graduates, she's already a pastry chef at the age of 28. (FWARK!) I ASPIRE TO BE LIKE HER! a person with good heart, and the skills >< but one thing, she nags like my mom .. XD my bosses are a couple, they are really the nicest people i've met so far... and, they know my parents.. all from ANA hotel. sighs T_T everyone knows my dad, yeah i know he's darn famous in ANA. URGH my dad was once a japanese chef in ANA hotel (now gone already) , worked in hotels like hyatt and novotel clark quay. now a sous chef in some seafood restaurant. i'm pretty proud to have him guiding me when i'm in the kitchen ^_^ ♥ [mousse dude] he's only a year older than me, working in the company for 1 year plus. his mousses are really DARN good. after the unnie graduated from shatec left, he keep disturbing me. i would really like to bond with him! and my boss say i'll takeover his position. i'm like.. I'LL STAY AS A ASSISTANT BAKER.. [mentor] he's really my life saver at times when i'm in doubt. he's the only one i can count for besides head chef. i admit i did mistakes when making stuffs, but i'm improving! mistakes are lesser , and i know what's the step next before he remind me :D after i graduate from sunrise, if he's still there.. i'm willing to go back and work with him! [decor uncle] he's the neutral one amongst us, i would love to be working under him if i can! his decorations are really.. OHMYGOD.. best! other chefs use ruler and mark while they cut cakes, but uncle? the side (not pretty ones), 3 lines , 1 line before middle point, middle point, 1 line after middle point, 3 lines and side. mark the other side, and the left right sides. he's ready to cut! others are like, a certain length all the way. but uncle is different XD the way he cut cakes, as straight as a ruler.. REALLY!! he's 60 years old soon, 40 years of experience. i need to learn from him. he's nice! but blur XD [shangrila guy] the new management level maccron chef, his actions are like fast. i wonder how can he not feel tired? he worked at shangrila before, studied in taiwan so and so and so.. i didn't talk to him so much, since he's forever concentrating in work :/ he's nice, serious only. [uncle man] the new cookies and misc uncle~ *idk he's a chef or not LOL* he was under mentor for a few days and i went to the cookies department to learn from shatec unnie. but in the end? i was only rolling swissrolls -.- its boss's idea, totally failed. the most talkative one, he bonds with us quick. he says my department (baking) is the troublesome one, why? theres' so many varieties! basic sponges ; vanilla sponge ( 750g, 1150g, 850g) , choc sponge ( 750g, 850g) , macha sponge ( 750g, 850g, 950g, 1150g) , almond sponge, soft sponge for shortcakes, walnut sponge , chocolate sponge for orange fudge. HAHAHA! i can remember but he can't! XD he have no experience in baking, but his cookie skills is REAL good. idk is it me or what, when mentor isn't around i'll do apple cake and orange cake. nowadays it gets lesser in volume.. because he's the one that helped me to prepare .. LOL! he's basically my junior in my department~ since i have experience and know the recipes more than him :/ uncle's friendly! XD he, mentor, boss and mousse guy always go crazy in the mornings.. talk talk talk and talk >< [uncle man's junior] i find his attitude abit weird, though he have experience in baking, but when sometimes i ask him to do stuffs, he didn't listen properly and do the wrong thing .. he's nice to approach, but this is the only flaw i see so far :D [dishwasher] native country side china immigrant, nice. since we're the only 2 women in the kitchen, * 'm the only female working in the kitchen doing pastries while lady boss is next* but dishwasher aunty is really talkative. LOL! [driver] he's nice, mentors' first disciple. but he forever cannot get things right when i seek his help. oneday, i did apple cake. he automatically unmould it and pack for me. im thankful for him to help me, since i have 4 more orders to run ;/ apple cake and orange cakes are all orders from a company which takes every monday. i have to standby the maximum 6 cartons (12 cakes per carton) and minimun 4 cartons for their orders since its not the consistent number . that day, i told him to leave the apple cake outside after packing and wrap with cling wrap, then i keep in the freezer which i packed everything in order. i made a total of 50. he packed 48 of them = 4 cartons , packed without putting the production date ( AN ORDER BY BOSS) and 2 in the decor uncle's freezer. i was totally mad and questioned him " didn't i told you, to put those apple cakes outside? what for leaving the 2 outside when you didn't even tell me?! " he said " ohhh i didn't hear you saying that.." i really dk WHAT THE HELL is he doing. i had to run in the freezer, put my cakes nicely so i know where is it. pack the remaining 2 number and put production date which i did EXTRA JOB. he forever playboying with girls at geylang, often trouble bosses but he's a good helper. HIYEOMS. haha! its been LONG since i've updated, its already august. but i wanna say this, since the day i saw 2pm filming MV in singapore. MY VAN PEOPLE, AND I WERE STALKING OUR WAY FROM AIRPORT TILL THEY LEAVE FROM ZOUK. if you guys think i'm blabbering, TOO BAD. we did see them! for real! i will never EVER forget that day! somemore its like one of the best birthday presents i even had! 20th was my bday and rain arrived in SG, 21st went for rain's concert press con (only for the media press! ) and 22nd was rain concert + 2pm arrive and start fliming! but these boys are tired, their face look very obvious that they're tired once they reached changi. WTF. haha! don't talk about it alr, it'll be a great memory :D its august now, happy ramadhan to all muslims! i have abit malay blood also (WTH?! ) and next week onwards its national day!
